My Journey
Before building Sirius Operations, I worked across multiple business environments, from small businesses to a global pharmaceutical company, managing operations, systems, and workflows at different levels of scale.
I’ve supported executive leadership, managed internal operations, overseen employee lifecycles, coordinated large-scale programs, and handled everything from backend systems to high-level execution.
And across every role, I saw the same pattern.
Businesses were growing, but their systems weren’t.
Processes were inconsistent, workflows were manual, and operations were being held together by people instead of structure.
At the corporate level, this created inefficiencies.
In smaller businesses, it created burnout.
In both cases, the problem was the same.
A lack of systems, structure, and operational clarity.
That’s what led me to build Sirius Operations.
